Where Moments Become Memories.

OVERVIEW –

As the Special Event Producer and Assistant VP of Recruitment at Alpha Chi Omega, I brought my passion for event production,  layout design, and event marketing to the table.

I took charge of planning and executing large-scale recruitment events for over 1,700 guests and social functions for 500+ guests. I supervised and managed all event operations, including contracting and negotiating with vendors and suppliers, facility and venue selection, transportation, food and beverage selection, pricing, operating budgets and logistics, production schedules, communication with suppliers, staffing registration, and stage management.

SOCIAL EVENTS

Supervised and managed for 2 soical events that all event operations, including contracting and negotiating with vendors and suppliers, facility and venue selection, transportation, food and beverage selection, pricing, operating budgets and logistics, production schedules, communication with suppliers, staffing registration, and stage management.

EVENT MARKETING

My proficiency in graphic design and art direction has allowed me to create compelling and visually appealing marketing materials, including flyers, social media posts, and other digital assets for recruitment and large-scale events. By utilizing the latest design tools and techniques, I have been able to deliver high-quality and effective marketing collateral that resonates with target audiences.
